Can we set our own prices?
Yes! Each camp has the ability to set retail pricing per and determine how much they earn per sale using our built-in profit margin tools.
Do we need to hold inventory?
Nope! All items are printed on demand and shipped directly to the customer. No storage, no bulk orders, no leftovers.
How do we access our store's dashboard?
A custom dashboard is currently in development. In the meantime, camps receive monthly performance reports via email and can request on-demand updates anytime. You'll soon be able to log in to view real-time sales, payouts, and manage pricing directly from your dashboard.
Can we host the store on our own domain?
Yes! We can deploy your store at a custom subdomain like store.yourcamp.com or you can use a hosted link through getcampgear.com.
How are returns or exchanges handled?
Returns and exchanges are processed directly through our fulfillment system. If a customer receives a defective item or wrong size, they can submit a request through your store’s support form and we’ll handle the rest—no action required from your camp. All returns are processed white-label, so your brand stays front and center.
